In 1999 at the age of 13, Fabiola suffered a cardiac arrest and was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, a genetic heart disease. Her disease progressed into heart failure by the time she turned 30, and received a life saving heart transplant in 2017. This gift allowed her to pursue a lifestyle in fitness and body building. She continued her education in nutrition and became a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutritionist. Fabiola is on a mission to help people develop a healthy relationship with food, reach their wellness and fitness goals, and become the best versions of themselves.

Desiree Cushing is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in therapeutic massage and Craniosacral Therapy.

Desiree began her massage education at the Douglas J Aveda Institute, where she learned foundations for relaxation and deep tissue massage. Her love for learning anatomy led her to study Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2020. Desiree has used the combined knowledge of these modalities to work with a wide span of conditions. It is her passion to assist clients in reducing their pain, lowering stress, and feeling their best!

In her free time, Desiree enjoys rock climbing, cycling, skiing, and cooking projects.
